• under article 92 paragraph 2 of the Administrative Code the appeal of the appelant Les Laboratoires Servier 50 is dismissed,
• under article 90 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Administrative Code the operative part 2 and 4 of the decision under appeal is reversed and the matter is referred back to the State Institute for Drug Control for reappraisal.
